BuildView was formed in 2021 by Phil Shands to bring 21st century digital solutions to the building development industry. We provide imaging and customized, interactive, software modules for property development and promotion, designed to improve understanding and foster collaboration.

A resident of Greensboro since 1998 and an alum of the UNCG School of Music, Phil has aided the technical and imaging needs of North Carolina's architects, engineers, contractors, universities, hospitals, and government offices for over a decade.

The changing landscape of the modern building industry has led us to leverage the best new technology solutions to the old problem of understanding a property from a remote location.
